The Problem
Organizations lacked a centralized platform to administer leadership assessments, track development over time, and turn 360-degree feedback into actionable insights for managers, coaches, and leadership teams.
Architecture
Designed and delivered a multi-tenant SaaS platform on Azure using a React single-page application, Node.js API services, and PostgreSQL for persistent data storage. Built backend services to support complex scoring logic, competency mapping, report generation, and longitudinal analytics across large assessment datasets. Notification and activity updates were handled through a combination of 30-second long polling intervals and page refresh-based workflows rather than real-time socket connections.

CorVia is an enterprise leadership development platform created for organizations that need a scalable, data-driven approach to leadership evaluation and growth. The application enables 360-degree assessments, personalized development planning, and analytics dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into leadership strengths, gaps, and progress over time.
Developed features supporting multi-rater feedback collection, competency-based scoring models, role-based workflows, and longitudinal tracking across departments, cohorts, and reporting periods. Architected the platform to support enterprise clients running hundreds of concurrent leadership assessments while maintaining strong performance, tenant isolation, and a streamlined user experience.
Worked across both frontend and backend layers to deliver production-ready functionality, improve usability, and support a scalable cloud deployment model aligned with client needs.
